Calvin can’t find his jacket
June 7, 2007 3:40 pmMy wife sent me a link to today’s Calvin and Hobbes‘ comic. I don’t know if she was directing this comment to me, or just thought it was funny. I am afraid it had some personal jab attached to it.
She contends that men lack the ability-to-find-what-you-are-looking-for gene. It is not our fault that women have too much of the put-stuff-back-where-it-belongs gene.
Can you relate to Calvin?
Yes. I have gotten this kind of treatment all my life.
Apparently there is a gene inside the male body that hides things in plain sight and will not be made visible until the female looks at it. It is a strange event that happens in my house daily.
