For the last 2 weeks we have been without a consistent Internet connection. It has been rough, but we have managed to survive. I don’t know if we could have done it much longer though. That said, we are only going to be here for a few short days and then be on the road again.
One of my friends suggested that we hit a Starbucks to get Wi-Fi. I think there is a requirement that the town have more than a few hundred people before Starbucks will move in.
I have several posts in my head that I need to get on the blog now. But not tonight. If I started now I would never make it to bed. I will try to get a couple up tomorrow and the next day. I had wanted to get an itinerary up here so that as we traveled over the next several weeks we might be able to run into some college/facebook/twitter friends. I will try and get that posted tomorrow even though the trip is 1/3 over now.
Kids, don’t take your Internet connection for granted. That would be shameful.
