Here is a list of 5 podcast categories and some of the podcasts that I listen to in them. I could break these up in many different ways, but this is how I choose to do it today. I will not attempt to list all the podcasts to which I listen. Here are a few of my favorites in each category.
Health & Fitness:

- Motivation to Move–Exercise motivation

Entertainment:
- Comedy4Cast–Comedy in 4 minutes or less
- Radio Adventures of Dr. Floyd–Children’s radio drama
- Adventures in Odyssey–Behind the scenes of the children’s radio drama with the same name
- A Prairie Home Companion’s News from Lake Wobegon–Garrison Keilor’s radio comedy news
- My Trivia Podcast–Family friendly weekly trivia quiz
Science & Education:
- Grammar Girl–Short grammar lessons presented in a memorable and entertaining way
- 60 Second Science–1 minute science facts, usually leaning towards the bizarre
- Earth & Sky–1 minute natural science facts and info with an emphasis in astronomy
- Podictionary–Daily word etymology
- LSAT Logic in Everyday Life–Issues broken down using LSAT logic
News & Technology:
- Buzz Out Loud–Daily tech news from C|NET
- Daily Giz Wiz–Daily gadget, but mostly comedic entertainment surrounding the gadget
- Geek Brief–Video tech news
- Matt’s Today in History–This day in history
- Net@Nite–Weekly tech trends
Religion:
- Missionary Talks–Weekly interviews with missionaries (my podcast)
- Mission Network News–Daily news as it relates to Christian missionaries
- Around the World with AiG’s Ken Ham–Creation/Evolution debate
- Lifespring! Hymn Stories–The stories behind common Christian hymns
- James Dobson Family Minute–Family related helps
