		<description>Sadly, you are doing far better than I am at the moment. I have not been able to run for over a week. I get to hit the road again tomorrow. I only have 12+ miles under my shoes so far this year. Certainly a deficit that I can easily make up. I should be able to match that with the running I plan to do this week.

Keep cranking out the miles.</description>
