It still prints black, but the color has been sketchy for over a year. Even though it has gotten new color cartridges, it just does not print right. Probably a good cleaning will put it back in service again. But I used it as an excuse to upgrade. The wife is the only one that prints in color anyway. So it was for her sake I bought a new one.
