Is it real?

Did the One Red Paperclip guy, Kyle McDonald, finally get his house? Apparently so. He linked to a small town newspaper article (caution, PDF. Page 2) that was so hokey that I had trouble believing it. But, the story is also showing up on Google news. Apparently it is the real deal.

Congratulations Kyle! What’s next?
